Typically, Microsoft's first tweet that announces any service incident uses the present tense as to the investigation of an issue. But for the TM529142 tweet, Microsoft indicated that they had already investigated the issue and they had already remediated. This single tweet was the only communication from Microsoft as to TM529142. Additionally, there were very few community responses to this initial tweet. All of this suggests a very minor issue with minor user impact, and very short-lived.
A check of Microsoft's service status page (as of 11:30 AM ET) shows no issues being reported. A similar check of portal.office.com shows no issues being reported by Microsoft at this time.
Prior to today, the last Microsoft 365 service incident was last week on March 9th, and this involved a recent Microsoft update that inadvertently caused Microsoft 365 access issues.
