ENow Releases Mailscape 4.6 with New Enhancements

Mailscape 4.6 includes several new enhancements to help messaging administrators support their ever increasing mobile users. The 4.6 release adds a new Blackberry end to end test to help BlackBerry administrators isolate where an issue is occurring so they can quickly resolve the issue. The end to end test can also help verify if a particular wireless carrier is having an outage. This release also includes new ActiveSync reports to make managing Apple iPhones, iPads, and DROID devices easier. Other highlights include server patch level reporting, mailbox attachment and new public folder reports.

Mailscape 4.6 is built on top of the award winning One Look management platform which features a customizable dashboard with red, yellow, and green lights indicating the health of each monitored server. The One Look solution enables IT support staff to proactively monitor servers in real time.
