Wendy’s was faced with the challenge of finding a solution that could proactively monitor their Exchange environment and alert key systems engineers of issues. Due to Wendy’s continued substantial growth, Manager of Unified Communications, Don Murawski, realized further assistance was needed to ensure his messaging environment remained stable, robust, and highly available. With no monitoring solutions in place, managing OWA and ActiveSync efficiently was becoming impossible.
With the ability to monitor OWA and ActiveSync simultaneously, Mailscape immediately alerted the Exchange team of the performance issues. Once these issues were identified, the numerous ActiveSync reports quickly diagnosed the root cause saving time and money.
