Jay Gundotra is the technical founder and CEO of ENow, a leader in the Microsoft systems management space. With over 20 years of experience in Unified Communications and Network computing, he has led ENow to deliver effective monitoring and analytics software to customers in over 70 countries. This has included enterprise companies like Coca Cola, Volkswagen, NYSE, Facebook, DirectTV, CBRE, NBA and Wendy’s.
Jay began working with email in 1994 as a consultant helping companies implement Microsoft’s messaging solutions. He designed, deployed, administered, and consulted on Microsoft Exchange server for all versions since 4.0 was released in 1996 and has worked for many organizations including Department of Justice, Small Business Administration, Storage USA, Westfield, DS Waters, and Fox Television. Jay’s experience spans the entire spectrum of IT services from software development to managing a global IT team for an enterprise company. He worked as an instructor and has spoken at various technical events including, the Microsoft Exchange, TechMentor and DevConnections Conferences.
Under Jay’s leadership, ENow has been named to the INC 5000’s fastest growing companies for two consecutive years, including being recognized in 2014 as having the 9th fastest growing software company in the Los Angeles metro area. ENow has garnished over 16 awards for their software solutions, including most recently being named the number one Exchange Reporting Tool. The company has also stayed ahead of the technology curve as evidenced by being the market leader in the Hybrid Office 365 cloud monitoring space.

Paul E. Robichaux is the chief technology officer at ENow Software, where he is responsible for product development and support. In this role, he brings customers the benefit of his 30-plus years of experience with software development, messaging, collaboration, and communication tools and infrastructure.
Prior to joining ENow in 2015, Paul worked as an Office 365 architect and consultant, helping enterprise customers deploy Microsoft’s collaboration suite. Paul’s background also includes more than 25 years as a software developer with experience in C/C++, C#, Objective-C, and Ada development. He has written both commercial and custom software for tasks as diverse as designing oceangoing ships, controlling Space Shuttle payloads, securing US government communications, managing church membership and personnel records, and developing software for US Navy embedded systems.
In addition to his work at ENow, Paul is a senior contributing editor for Windows IT Pro magazine, where he writes frequent feature articles on Microsoft’s platform and application software. He has written or contributed to more than a dozen books on Windows Server, Exchange Server, and related topics.
Microsoft has recognized Paul’s contributions to the worldwide community of Exchange Server administrators by naming him as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) from 2003 through 2015. As an MVP, Paul works closely with the Exchange Server, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and Office 365 product teams to provide feedback on their products and educate administrators, architects, and business decision makers on the best practices for using and deploying them.
Paul holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an instrument-rated private pilot, a licensed General-class amateur radio operator, and a competitive triathlete.
From 1986 to 2002, Paul served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, attached to Marine Helicopter Attack Squadron 773 (HMA-773, now HMLA-773). During this time, he served as part of the Coalition forces assigned to Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Paul was born in Alexandria, Louisiana and currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama with his three sons, three computers, two bicycles, and one cat.

Richard Drewelow joined ENow Software’s leadership team in November 2014, and now serves as Global Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships. To date, sales for the company have continued to catapult ENow into being the sixth fastest software company in Southern California. ENow provides a globally celebrated and unique monitoring and analytics platform for Office365 deployments. Deployed in over 70 countries, ENow benefits from Richard’s extensive global IT leadership experience. Since joining ENow, Richard’s team has captured marquee enterprise wins which include The City of San Francisco, Experian, Hill and Knowlton, Centene and CBRE. Richard’s alliance experience at EMC helped the company finalize a global strategic agreement with HP. Under this agreement, HP is positioning ENow’s Mailscape365 as the leading monitoring and analytics platform to their client base. Given’s HP’s unique Office365 relationship with Microsoft, this agreement is widely seen as a landmark validation of ENow’s offering. During Richard’s tenure, the company also formed a strategic resell and services agreement with Microsoft’s most distinguished channel partners in the American’s, KiZAN. From the company’s new corporate headquarters in Aliso Viejo, CA, Richard continues to attract and lead an expanding team of sales professionals at ENow.
Before joining ENow’s leadership team, Richard served as DataCore Software’s Director of Sales for the Western U.S. At DataCore Software, Richard led a large regional team of sales, pre-sales, channel, alliance and marketing managers. Under Richard’s leadership, the territory doubled in revenue driven by large virtualization deals that include Banc of California, Progenity, Lockheed, USC, UCLA and the Veterans Administration. DataCore is a leader in the “software defined storage” space with 25,000+ clients globally. Under Richard’s stewardship at DataCore, sales success in the field included the formation of key new channel partnerships (NexusIS, Nth Generation) and co-selling with alliances (Dell, HP, Xio, Fusion Io, Dothill).
Prior to DataCore, Richard managed CommVault’s Western U.S. channel business. At CommVault, he developed a vibrant channel ecosystems focused on data management and eDiscovery.
With big wins at Sony, DirectTV, HDS and County of L.A., Richard developed close ties to the Western U.S. channel community and was rewarded with President’s Club status at CommVault.
Richard has over 15 years of international IT sales and channel experience. Before joining CommVault in the U.S., Richard lived in Sydney, Australia for over five years and served as a key member of EMC’s Enterprise sales team. During his time down under, Richard leveraged over a decade of international business experience building Sun Microsystem’s global supply chain and license deployment business. At EMC, Richard was tasked with recruiting new mid-market distributors and channel partners across a dozen APAC countries from Mumbai to Tokyo. During his time at EMC, Richard was also promoted to oversee EMC’s enterprise channel and alliance relationships in Australia and New Zealand. Over the course of four years, Richard managed regional alliances with Fujitsu, Dell, Telstra and Unisys.
Richard now lives in his childhood home in Laguna Beach, California and is a former UCLA All-American swimmer and Olympic Trials finalist. He has a degree in piano performance and music composition from UCLA with his piano traveling with him on every global assignment. Today, he is a piano composer and active open water competitor, most recently completing the 10 mile Maui Cross Channel swim with his family.

I'm a Microsoft Certified Solutions Master, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Exchange Server MVP from Belgium, mainly working on projects involving Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory and a bit of Lync.
I have been working in the industry for almost 12 years and developed a love for Exchange ever since 2000. I'm a frequent blogger, member of the Belgian Unified Communications User Group "Pro-Exchange" and a regular contributor to "The UC Architects" podcast.
Tony Redmond, Advisory Board
Tony Redmond retired from HP in March 2010 after 27 eventful years, ten of which were spent working as a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at HP and Compaq (prior to the 2002 acquisition). He then set up his own consulting company and has worked since with a range of companies around the world. Some assignments have been to help global corporations understand how to embrace cloud technology and some to help small software companies figure out how to develop products that work in the cloud. In the recent past, most of his work has focused on Microsoft Office 365. Tony’s experience as a technologist and as an executive allowed him to develop a unique mix of skills. There aren't many people around who have served as a VP in large technology companies for over ten years and have maintained their technology skills (sixteen books written to date and recognized by Microsoft as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP).
Companies that Tony has helped in the past include Sybari (non-executive board member, sold to Microsoft in June 2005), Azaleos (advisory board member, sold to Avanade in December 2012), Zenprise (advisory board member, sold to Citrix in January 2013), and ENow Software.
At HP and Compaq, his role required that he become familiar with the development and protection of Intellectual Property, including the management of patent portfolios. He enjoys writing and contributing a twice-weekly blog to WindowsITPro.com
Kenny Hawk, Advisory Board
Kenny is an active angel investor, board director and growth company CEO coach. He was an active silicon valley YEO member and founded the EO Reno-Tahoe chapter winning the Randi Carroll award for best startup chapter globally. He previously led five companies as CEO; Various Inc., leading internet based social networking and multimedia entertainment company with over 650 Million registered users worldwide and owner of Penthouse adult brand, BrandBoards, pioneer of Google Adwords style platform for live event advertising, Ubidyne, the global leader in active antenna systems for the global wireless market and winner of the GSMA Innovator of the Year Award (Acquired by Kathrein AG); NemeriX (sold to Qualcomm in 2009) set the world record for low power GPS chipsets for smartphones; and iGo, a company Kenny also founded. iGo was purchased by Mobility Electronics in 2002 and has sold over $1 billion power devices since inception. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford University where he enjoys guest lecturing at the engineering school's entrepreneur program.
Martin Zwilling, Advisory Board
Marty has more than 30 years of experience and demonstrated results as an executive in Software Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing. He has led technical business transformations, done due-diligence and funding analysis for investors, provided mentoring for new technical executives, and held a wide range of professional and management roles.
He is a Board Member and Executive in Residence at Callaman Ventures, a member of the Arizona Angels Venture Group, Inc., the Arizona State University Technopolis program to mentor entrepreneurs, and a member of the Advisory Board for several startups.
